Hi guys I'm thinking of starting my cycle here in the next month or so. I've been lifting hardcore for 3 years and before that I fought for 5 years as an amateur boxer and mma.
Stats: 5"10 245 pounds 18% bf ish.
Lifts: 345x1 bench, 475x2(as of last night) deads, 465x1 Squat.
To be completely honest I don't give a damn about abs I just want to stay a hulking beast all year round. I want to get bigger don't get me wrong but I don't care about having an 8 pack. Leaner is better but I'm okay with having some fat.
My cycle would look like this.
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500 ew
Weeks 1-4 dbol kick at 30 mg ed
Weeks 1-12 arimidex if needed at .5 e3d
PCT
Weeks 15-19 nolva 20/20/20/20
Weeks 15-19 Clomid 100/100/50/50
My goals would be mainly strength gains.
I want a 4 plate bench
A 550 deadlift and a 520 squat.
Is this reasonable?
And critiques are welcome as I am a newb and not a hard headed douche I'll take advice.
