For 4 weeks what Protein is best to take with the cycle
What are your macro goals? How much protein/fats/carbs are you planning? Protein is a small part of the equation. if you want to bulk up you need carbs pre/post workout. Eat as much of your protein in whole foods (chicken/fish/red meat) as possible, only supplement with shakes. I like my shakes to be 60-70% whey and 30-40% caesin based on the newest studies of a blended benefit. But food is where it's at.
