BA and BB in Test E recipe

What's up Bros,
I am about to brew my first batch of Test E.
Ive been coming across a lot of different recipe for Test E. Some claiming you have to used BB to thin out the juice. Others saying that BB is not necessary for Test E.
Because i am using some thin pins (25g) i want to use a 50/50 mix of GSO and EO. In that case do i still need to use BB?
Also i've read that pharmaceutical brand only use .9% BA. Can i get away with only using 1% BA?
I thought ill ask before doing something stupid.

I would not use EO. I mean you can. It will thin out the oil but, it is mainly used for short esters when you are trying to achieve a high mg per ml with them.

My first ever brew was Test E. I used BB at 15% and BA at 2%. Used GSO as the carrier. No EO. Remember too, some people have a reaction to EO. Not sure if you are one of those people.
