My b12 came in high on my blood test a little over 1200 is this something to worry about. I am clean off all gear going on two months till today when i got trt shot right now the only pill i take is caffeine i also take creatine and daa and have a few energy drinks a week. My diet is clean as a whistle. I have tested neg for all heps. My alt is 50 and ast is 44. With liver enzymes i come to the conclusion they are always naturally a little higher.
