General Cutting Diet Information

Hey Guys,

Looking for general guideline for a cutting diet. The eating clean piece is understood, so I'm less interested in what to eat and more interested in the process and macro- nutrient information. For example: keep caloric intake intake steady, stagger weekly, on/off days, etc.
 
There are SO many ways to go about this...carb rotation, refeeds, meal timing for certain macros, peri workout nutrition.....what would you LIKE to do?
 
Also would need more info.....stats and what you're current meal plan looks like and how long you've been running ur and results... current cardio regiment as well.
 
The key is pick something stick with it and be sure you count calories accurately. Trying different macro % until you find what your body response best to. End of the day you just need to be in a calorie deficit on a consistent basis and you will drop weight. Most important thing is not underestimating your food.
