If it's technically legal to sell prescription only items for research only then why doesn't anybody make say research Chem liquid dbol? Just a thought I had.
 
It's not that all prescription only drugs can be sold as research chems. I believe only the stuff used in cancer research that is already approved, such as breast cancer/anti-E drugs, or not-yet-for-human-use chems that really are research only. At least if I understand it correctly. They want it to be easier to do cancer research not just open a loophole on scripts
