Bit of info first some of you probley all ready know . Im on a test e cycle witch is going very well buy the way put on 11 pound and it seems like I have dropped bf . So I'm happy with that you guys given me a lot of good advise on my test e cycle so thanks for that . The time has come now for me to take my anavar . I got 2 questions on this first is

1 how many mg would be best
2 is there any extra protection I need ie milk thistle and suff like that .

I like anavar at 60-80mg a day split up throughout the day for minimum of 8 weeks to get good results IMO
 
I usually run it at 100mg/day, but you can start at 50 and go up after you determine you can tolerate it. I recommend IML advanced cycle support as an ancillary
