Advice would be awesome
Looking to bulk and lean out, wanna get bigger but dont want to raise any red flags ( blow up over night).
Super DMZ 3.0
Halo-V
Gear Support
Revolution PCT

Super DMZ twice daily until complete 30 days
Halo-V once daily for 40 days, after SDMZ is complete
Gear Support once daily throughout
PCT once daily starting day 55

Diet 4000 cKal per day
Protein 58%
Carbs 30%
Fat 12%
I will post a more complete macronutrient count tomorrow
Along with current workout routine

Current
Caloric intake 3700 cKal
6' 3 tall
260 Lbs
17% BF
Goal
280Lbs by January
12% BF.gonna kick my ass.

i dont see a problm putting 20 lbs on naturally by jan. but you wont drop down to 12% doing it...you might even add a few points bulking..id try and bulk to a higher goql weight then do a hardcore cut..or viceversa...get down to 12% or even 10% then your body should be primed to add muscle for a lean bulk...id research some more into cycles as well..read the stickies around here...

Coming up on day 7 with SDMZ 3.0, and wow this stuff is a freaK beast, no negative side effects yet, hopefully non at all.

Good:
Pumps are amazing
Appetite is up
Strength is starting to increase
Sex drive is still in DRIVE
I feel i can keep going at the end of my workout. Guess i should up it some more.

BAD:
I honestly havent noticed any yet.

Cycle
2 per day.. 1 morning and 1 evening
1 gear support before bed
80g protein
1 per day Milk thistle
