Greetings, friends.
I'm 6'3, 300 lbs, male. I've been training since 2004, experimenting with a variety of lifting styles (high volume, DC, and HIT, as well as some powerlifting). The last two years I haven't been able to train 90% do to personal family problems, but I'm once again resolved to pick up where I left off.
To be brief, I joined this forum to ask questions and to learn from experienced members.
