Blood back into syringe lid only drop..?

So guys,

My brother did a glute shot for me. Aspirated with no blood. Then when he finished and held the needle in for 10 seconds after injection to let it settle some blood came back into the syringe when he removed his thump from the base of the syringe..

It was only a small drop. But this kind of worries me, any ideas?

Nicked a vein on the way in or out. Usually when that happens to me I can feel a small pinch when it hits. No big deal man. You might get a tiny bruise.

Been there done that, it's a normal thing bro.
