Doing only 1 cycle of deca/test

im 21 years old, been lifting for 5 years, 6'3, 181lbs. naturally im very slim. my bodytype is muscular but I would consider myself very cut and want to gain more mass. I was thinking about just starting and completing 1 cycle of deca and test, then after the cycle is over I will bodybuild naturally for the rest of my life. I want to do this to get myself a jumpstart. pleas don't tell me about how bad steroids are, i just want to know if its possible to maintain all the gained muscle mass from one cycle only. also is I take test will I have to worry about deca dick?
 
Once you come off you will loose any gains. You won't be jump starting anything. Good luck.
 
I'll tell you strait up. One cycle with be a waste of your time. If your gonna stay natural. Do that. Your going to want to do one more when the gains are gone.
 
you want a real jump start, learn to control your diet. I'm 6'4 and started building mass at a whopping 168lbs. I learned the ins and outs of proper diet control from a friend who competes naturally and learned to lift from a guy that's been lifting for over 20 years. combining the knowledge I gained from those 2 plus my own research I started to make awesome gains naturally. It wasn't uncommon to put on 30-40lbs over 8 months of bulking and cut for 4 every year while 100% natural. I can tell you that if you're 6'3 and 181 lbs and have been lifting for 5 years, you're not eating enough. period. Once you hit a real wall or feel that you actually can control what you put into your body with both bulking and cutting naturally, then by all means give gear a shot. you're still young and have plenty of time, there is no need at all to rush into gear use.
 
If you are over 6 foot tall (honestly more like 5'10) and under 200 pounds there is no excuse in the world to touch gear yet. It is really that simple. . Learn to eat to grow first.
 
Well first off noone only does 1 cycle. Second, your weight reflects that you're either very new to this, or your diet and training are not dialed in. So even if you do cycle you won't make any gains. This shit is not magic, i really wish it was. It just enhances an already solid diet and training program. It doesnt just spontaneously create muscle. And the last thing, and most important is the male body and endocrine system isn't done developing unil your mid 20s. So by cycling now you risk permenant damage. I got two friends who started cycling around your age and now neither of their dicks work without viagra. Imagine you bag a girl out at the bar, or meet a really special girl and get her in the bed but you have to say wait, i gotta take this viagra, it should take about 30mins to kick in then we can have sex. Soiunds like fun right? Just train naturally for the next couple years at your size you can still gain muscle at a very fast rate.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but it seems like you want people to do it for you. If you don't want it bad enough to google "bodybuilding meal plans" then you don't want it bad enough to be dedicated to it. Just the way it looks from over here... Good luck man
 
didnt mean to sound like that. i just thought you guys would know better than those meal plans for my body type. so far ive been eating rice and chick. and eggs and pasta mostly
 
Eggs (whole not whites)
Whole milk (raw if you can get it)
Beef
Top three proteins. Get these first before other proteins.
Any carb that comes from the ground.
Good fats. Nuts, etc.
Stay clear of flour, sugar and processed foods.
Keep increasing calories until you start gaining weight and adjust as you see fit to control fat gain.
Squat and deadlift.
Buy bigger clothes.
Good luck.

what he said. those bodybuilding meal plans generally work because a body building diet is actually pretty damn simple, there's no magic or anything to them, all you need is a good protein source, carbs source and fat source and you're set. the trick is eating enough of those things to be able to grow. what you're currently can totally work, you probably need to eat roughly double what you are though (total guess)
 
I really doubt that anyone on a steroid forum is gonna tell you that steroids are bad
