This is what my pct currently looks like 4 weeks in total :
clomid 100/75/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
Adex 0.5/0.5/0.5/0.5
daa. 3000mg ed
vit c. 3000mg ed
so is there anything I need to add or take away . Plus I plan on jumping on creatine and glutamine and lowering the intestate of my training but still sticking to the lower end of rep range . Any suggestions !
