Base your protein sources around chicken and fish..... but don't dismiss beef...... 93% and 96% lean ground beef and filet mignon on the grill is killer. A lot depends if you are going keto or moderate carb. I like keto and carb ups, so I eat a lot of raw spinach, leafy greens, and broccoli during the week. Otherwise oatmeal, grits, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc for carbs.

Ok, now that we have some background we can help. I don't think you need t3 and clen yet. I think you need to clean up your diet and focus on that ,plus you need to start do some regular cardio and get a good lifting program going.Age: 35 / Height: 5' 8 / Weight: 225 / Body fat %: roughly 17% ........... I was at 236 and have been trying to eat as clean as possible. Haven't really done much cardio. I did start some much more high intensity work outs doing more reps at lighter weight. Not trying to lose strength but just fat. Doing ok but is slow going. Was just looking for some tips that could give me that edge. Trying to reach 205lbs by end of summer. Have ran sust but that's it.
