Dbol powder not dissolving

My friend has Dbol powder and it is not dissolving when mixed with grain alcohol. we are shaking it vigorously. Any ideas?
 
1- whats the concentration?
2- It isnt the 151 grain is it? That will still work but at lower doses.
 
diff powder? try a little warm water bath to see if it will dissolve and hold (you really shouldnt have too)
 
The same thing happened to me, at 50mgs/ml I just doubled the Grain/Peg and made it 25mgs/ml and all was well in the Muscle Kingdom once again!!
