Hey guys just looking for some help tweaking my new diet. Long story short I've adjusted my diet a few times this past year in hopes of reigniting some gainz but nothings working. I gained a really solid 20lbs over 4 years (natural) and haven't been able to put on weight since. Now so far everyones just said eat more, larger portions etc. But I'm eating more now that I ever have before. So I'm planning on adjusting things once again, in preparation of my first AAS cycle.
Stats - 5'7", 165lbs, roughly 12-15% bf (weak ass caliper from bb.com)
Here's what I'm thinking
4,200 calories a day 35%c, 35%f, 30%p
Mostly complex carbs, early in the day and after my workout, then slowly decreasing carb intake as day winds down. Last meal of day will be lower carb but quality fiber.
All vegetables/fruits/rice will be organic and GMO free. Meat will primarily be grass fed/finished, but sometimes $ won't allow that. Fats will mostly come from MCT (Coconut oil, I use it to cook with and also eat by the teaspoon) but there will be variety as well.
Macro ratios I've used in the past
50%c, 25%f, 25%p - sucked, got a belly roll and side fat
40%c, 25%f, 35%p - decent results
40%c, 20%f, 40%p - had some constipation issues but I think that was the protein powder I used
