Ephedrine is a bronchodilator and antihistamine, guifansen (sp?) thins mucous and other bodily secretions. That is basically the same active ingredients in a lot of cough/cold/sinus products. What use are you looking to get from it?

I know a few people who like this shit pre-workout. It gives some people the jitters though.
