when to get precycle bloodwork when on trt

want to get bloodwork before my cycle but im on 200mg test cyp ew for trt...Just wondering if its best to go the 7th day right before next shot or 2-3 days after shot when test shoukd be at its highest level? or does it even matter? i just need a base before my next run...
