diet for the day- suggestions?

1 banana-
1 cup oatmeal with peanut butter
protein shake 2 scoops
3 pieces bacon

1 pm
2 large venison burgers- on wheat buns
5 strawberries

330 pm 1 cup red meat
orange
cup brown rice

6 pm
easy mass shake (1000 cal)
cup lettuce

8pm
1 pbj on wheat
1 turkey sandwich on wheat
20 ounce milk

also have 120 ounces water a day, cycling dbol and test. how's this for one days diet? trying to bulk

Why so long between your first and second meals? I know if I don't eat every 2.5-3 hours, I start feeling "small".
 
idk I should definetly move that up tho- I need to find a way to up my appetite I eat until I can't eat any more, hoping it's enough
