Hey guys I'm new to the board and looking forward to meeting new people and learning from the experienced members.
I cycled back in the day but was way to young. Hind sight is 20/20. I did get decent results, but with results came some sideffects. I took some time off got married had a family and started hitting the gym again. I've been lifting steady for a few years now and have bounced back pretty good. I hit a wall and have been thinking of getting back into the game.
Stats 30 yr old, 6'4" - 202 lbs leaner maybe 10-12%
