How much test, arimidex, and Anavar and when?

Hey brothers!

I am about to start my 3rd cycle. I have 2 bottles of test e 250mg/10 ml, one bottle of anar oral 60 ml/30 mg, and 30/1mg arimidex in stock. I am not looking for much size just lean gains and cut fat. I don't want dramatic change in appearance because of the field I work in. How much and when would you guys suggest me taking?

The changes will always be dramatic. These are steroids we're talking about here.

Do
500mg test E per week (split into 1mL (250mg) doses pinned twice a week... e.g. 1mL Monday/1mL Thursday or Tuesday/Friday etc.)
1.5-2 mL of your anavar solution daily until it runs out (do half of your daily dose in the morning, half at night).

Arimidex when you start getting any estrogenic sides, but honestly I'd get aromasin instead because arimidex might give you estro rebound when you stop taking it.
