So I read a lot about tren/test ratios and the opinions are all over the map.
One school of thought is that low test high tren has less sides.
Another reason guys run low test/high tren is so the receptors do not have test competing with tren which is five times more anabolic and androgenic than test.
Last but not least there are guys that run test high/tren low and swear by it.
So my question: Is there an optimal known ratio that is science based for test/tren ratio, or are we stuck with opinions and sometimes (unfortunately) broscience?
