Nolva/clomid dosing times

Does it matter?

Last time I just took it all at once in the AM every day.

First time with clomid though. Does it effect sleep or anything?
 
interested on what people have to say in regards to PCT dosage timings...
 
Clomid is good at 50 mg daily. Some guys might go 100 mg daily but you don't need anymore than that. I personally like it at 50 mg daily for recovery. It has zero effect on my sleep.
 
Do you know whats the half-life of them?...

Timing doesnt matter imho... just try to take them always at the same time
 
so nobody says anything in regards to timing?
shit.... if there's no consensus then I'll stick with either pop it in morning with the multis etc or at night with the sleep aids lol... either way gotta just keep it roughly the same day-to-day for the duration... I would assume morning is better since technically test should be higher in morning; so bouncing back maybe better in morning?? Bro-science status. Honestly though; once its in the blood it's just a matter of keeping it saturated and therefore just same timing...
 
I haven't read anything about dosing schedule in am/pm affecting levels. I'll try to research more on the subject.
