I am on my 2nd day using the dosing schedule off http://www.hotnfit.com/ecstack . I'm currently taking 12.5mg E, and 100mg caffeine BID. After taking my blood pressure today, it was 137/78 which puts me in the hypertensive range. Since the effects on BP are supposed to dissipate with chronic use should I cut back to 12.5 E and 100 mg caffeine once daily; until I can taper up the dose? Or should I stop altogether? This is my first time doing the EC stack and was hoping someone of you with more knowledge than me could shed some light :winkfinger:

It will increase your blood pressure some. Your reading is fine. No need to worry.

What about for someone who takes BP meds? Is it safe to use?

I wouldn't, you're on BP meds for a reason. Cialis and viagra have been shown to lower BP.

its the EC'A' stack... emphasis the A for aspirin. the aspirin will help lower your BP. i take half a tablet when i dose ec.

137/78 is high, but not quite hypertension stage 1. Close, but not quite.

81mg aspirin before bed works for me!
