Pre Cycle Bloods LH & FSH High?

I finished up my PCT (clomid100/50/50/50 nova40/40/20/20 AI 12.5mg/day the last 3 weeks for a month/NO HCG) the first week of Feburary. from a 14 week 500mg/w Test E cycle. Thinking about getting back on when June rolls around. So i got blood work done for a base line, and my LH and FSH are high. You guys seen this before? It definitely shows my PCT worked but was it maybe to much?

I did NOT get blood work done 2 weeks after my PCT(like i was supposed to) things got real busy and i was feeling pretty good around that time, so i figured i was g2g.

I'm 30 yrs old.

Okay just alittle more info.
I'm just finishing up a peptide cycle (GHRP-2, MODGF). I fasted about 15 hrs before i got blood drawn but i did have 2 peptide inj(about 3 hrs after the fast started and about 4 hrs before i got blood drawn) Because of the GH pulse, do you think that could be the culprit for my glucose level being at the top end? Sugar is definitely not part of my diet(no sodas, no sweets)
