any advice on first cycle :)

so basically this is my first cycle and i wanted to get some opinions on it.


6 weeks d-bol @ 25mg/day
12 weeks sustanon 350 @ 500mg/week
12 weeks arimidex @ .5mg/ every other day

-these would be started at the same time


For PCT:
starting last week of cycle--- 3000 IU HCG on first day
3000 IU 5 days later
1500 IU 5 days later
1500 IU 6 days later
- (total 3 weeks)
once cycle is complete, 5 weeks nolvadex @ 40mg/day


after HCG is finished, 2 weeks clomid @ 100mg/day

Looks alright man...

How often r u injecting sus? Why sus and not test-e?? I'd drop the d for first cycle.............

sus has multiple esters for a more controlled release of test. would test-e be more beneficial? thanks!

I don't like multi ester compounds.

I'd go with test E.

My first cycle was test e and deca, 500/400 respectively. Shoulder pains went away, and I put 60lbs on in four months. I also misplaced my abs during that cycle lol....

Leads to unstable levels in the body and requires more injections weekly.
