Monday I got 275 on bench for 4. Got one more with a little help. 2 weeks ago got 405 on squat for first time. I remember not being able to bench 225 or squat it. Squats are done to bucket so im going low. I know for alot of you guys this is warm up weight but for this 43 yr old im happy. Watch out 315 im coming for you.
