50 mg ed 25 mg 9 am 25 mg preworkout 2 pm. Sound ok I'm used to using 10 mg tabs spacing it out 4 times. I would do all 50 pre workout but that's more powerlifting then bodybuilding.
Just gonna add a tip, if you start getting indigestion dosing that way you can split the 50mg into quarters and dose every 4 hours from breakfast to beddtime. I had the 50s recently and wish I had the 10s
