Glad to hear it. I'll look into his program.GOD DAMN!!!!! Is all I can say....did the workout he recommends for the first month...I was fucking toast!! HUUUUUUUUGE pump. I fucking love bench dips anyways so they were nice to do. As a guy with tri insertion/elbow issues I have to say its the first time I have ever done Bi's before tris. What a difference. 10,000 times better. NO elbow issues. I executed the workout exactly as its written on Tnation. Makes sense....low volume super intense heavy weight. The sequence is perfect IMHO. I'm doing this for the immediate future. I will update.
I've taken a lot of basic principles from his training and for arms especially I noticed a huge difference. I love starting off with the brachialis work and then getting into the straight bi stuff. I love using fat gripz too on arm days. Absolutely brutal stuff.
I've been training under john now for almost a full year now and all I can say are his workouts are the absolute best in my opinion. Always changing every week with a mix of volume, power, and always high intensity. My arms have grown a full inch and an eighth since I started with him and I highly recommend him to anyone
6 weeks in and up 1/2" on my cold flexed measurement. I'm sure the test/tren/novolog isn't hurting though.
