Okay so when I started my cycle, I wasn't near as lean as I wanted to be.. Although I decided that genetically where I was at was basically where I would stay. I know people say that's a crock of shit, but training for 7 years I've noticed everything has steadily tapered off as far as the gains go. Anyway back to the subject..
I love the Strength I've gained, noticed a decent amount of muscle especially in the back area.. But the bloat really has been fucking with my mind. I always feel bloated as fuck, my arms look kinda mushy.. I have a pretty decent diet, I watch my sodium, I only drink water.. So how do you get past that it's gonna happen, deal with it kinda attitude? I'm assuming because I used to be that fat guy it's fucking with my mind even more. I have a good concept on how to combat it, just implementing that mind thought is kinda hard for me. Anyone else have/had this problem at first?
