First Cycle plan, looking for advice

Here is my plan, I just had blood done and it all was spot on. Levels were great. Stats are 5'8" 175# 10pct bf.

Week 1-2

5mg Clomid daily

You're wasting your time with those doses and 16 weeks is too long for a first cycle. Aim for 10-12 weeks on your first run.

You should be using 3-400mg of test per week, minimum, I recommend 500. There's no reason to ramp it up. The long ester testosterone will take some time to build up in your system, so the ramp up occurs naturally.

You should also start with 12.5mg of aromasin ED with the higher dose of test.

Your PCT is WAY off. 5mg of clomid isn't going to do shit. Especially for 2 weeks.

You should be running 50mg of clomid and 20mg of Nolva ED for 4 weeks.

the PCT was a typo, its 50mg not 5 and its for 21 days. I will go to 30 on the PCT and start at 400mg week on the test e thanks
