Ive been doing my reading on line and finally decided to join a forum to get the answers Im looking for. It appears like everything, most people have their own oppinions but from what Ive read on here so far it appears there are some real knowledgable people on here. Im 40 years old and have kind of let myself go a little bit over the past decade. Time to turn that around and I look forward to all the good advice here.
