1 cup of Greek yogurt premix with fruit
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil
A few drop of vanilla extract.

58 gram of carb.

O Yeah!...(Except the Bull Semen) But I'm just a poor college student right now : (
 
I've been doing
2 cups of oats 20g protein
2 cups of milk, blend 16g protein
add 6 eggs ( whole) 36g protein
Add flavoring, blend again. 72g protein total
I use cinnamon (a lot of it), sugar ( 1/8 cup), maybe a banana. Doesn't taste bad, the oats definitely give it a texture, though.
Very high carb, so that's what the cinnamon is for. Also take alpha lipoic acid with it as well for the same reason.
I've been drinking this at breakfast f for a while now.

Sound good. I might give that a try. That's a lot of cinnamon you got there. Is this how you cheap on the 1 spoonful cinnamon challenge?
