Hey guys being on a Keto diet is hard so I was just wondering does anyone have any ideas of a condiment I can add and not hurt the diet?

Mustard is what I aLways use but concerned about too much sodium...
If it's too much of a concern and you can afford it, just start buying organic brand mustard. Organic brands usually carry less sodium then mainstream brands like Heinz etc.
 
MUSTARD. Particularly the deli and whole grain kind.

Hot sauce - make sure it doesn't have a lot of sugar. It also blunts your appetite

Get a jar of minced garlic. Throw some on your sandwiches. Will also keep away pesky co-workers.

Pickles - practically no calories, but a ton of flavor and bite.

Just FYI guys, a lot of honey mustard is loaded with sugar. Check the label to make sure you're getting the right one!
