When I got my prostate checked I couldn't stop laughing and every time I laughed I pooped her finger out. "Sir, I'm gonna have to ask you to stop laughing."
I disagree respectively to your statement. Being in my forties and have been using juice for almost thirty years with the last twenty supplementing with herbs that are beneficial to the prostate, no problems (Knock on wood and all). Of course this is not always the approach for someone with specific problems already existing, but also may help.99% of OTC anything is minimally effective and for the most part a waste of money. In the scheme of things while using strong androgens it pales in comparison of strength. Yes saw palmetto is beneficial for prostate health, to a point. Does it protect it from years of heavy test usage? I doubt it. The best defense is to establish a baseline PSA and monitor it annually.
Prostate massage is even better. It helps to have an open minded girlfriend.

Frequent ejaculation keeps your prostate in good shape.
Keep your blasts short and your doses on the lower end.
The first time I just scanned this as....
Frequent ejaculations and keep your blasts short.
Seemed humorous.
It is fact that regular ejaculation is a good proactive measure. Although I think most enhanced bros have that covered.
Obviously everyone is different but I've blasted very heavy over the last ten years and my PSA has only risen to .59 from .37. It is the big spike that signals prostate trouble.
Does it even matter what we take? You would think pro bodybuilders would all have prostate cancer and be dropping like flies but some of them seem relatively healthy. I mean are we either going to get prostate cancer or not and it doesn't matter what or how much AAS we take over the years?Natural increases without AAS come with age , I've not seen research pertaining to a lowered PSA protocol with or without gear. It is an inheritent risk that can be mitigated depending on a lot of genetical factors.
I guess that is the million dollar question . Are we putting ourselves at great risk ? I don't think there is an answer to that yet . I will say this is a subject that puts great fear into me ! My numbers were never below 1.2 to start with and lets just say last bw they were over normal range . I have bw again this week and I'm trying not to freak . My doctor doesn't seem alarmed . He may not be the most learned when it comes to HRT but they do prostate cancer research there as well as treatment and that is their thing . He told me we'll just watch it and the main thing is the digital exam and he said there is no enlargement . If I had to give up test and go back to low t , man I just don't know . My total t was 78 before being on hrt and could barely get out of bed in the morning . To you younger guys please don't avoid this exam , after 40 it is imperitive !Does it even matter what we take? The studies on saw palmetto effacacy is back and forth just like many other herbs. You have to remember the New England Journal of Medicine may be lobbied by big pharma to skew results.Proven to do nothing in multiple studies; bring some real science.
