What is a good pct after running or during a cycle of sust ?
 
It would defiantly be after... Since it is called POST cycle therapy.

Welcome to the boards. There is overwhelming amount of information here. I suggest reading the stickies and going from there.

Rather then letting the fate of your endocrine system lie in the hands of a stranger on an Internet forum (however knowledgable they may be) wouldn't it be better to know as much as possible about all the compounds available to you and decide for yourself (and then get feedback)?

I realize its called "post" for a reason. I was just looking for some tips. Thanks for the heads up on the sticky notes though.
