So I'm Out in the sticks working and i find the only gym in 200 miles, its leg day! This piece of shit has no squat rack no leg shit at all! I did Squats by way of power clean then high reps calves on the stair stepper holding 2 45's time to go home lmfao
 
I've ended up doing body squats and calisthenics many of times. Ain't the same but ya know :)

Last summer I was in BFE and was paying $60 a month for this little shithole. It had hex plates which I'm pretty sure we're invented to keep people from dead lifting! Those damn things busted my shins once a week for 4 months...
