Just signed up, very excited to get things rolln . My name is Jerm, Im 34 and been weightlifting on and off for 15 years. Much more into it the past 3.. I have been doing MMA / Jitsu for 3 and loving it. Wanted to throw a shout out to everyone on the forum . I look forward for the experiece and lessons to get me were i need to and want to go with my body and mind. Thanks again J....
