I'm looking to run a clen cycle in about 12 weeks . I'm on a 12 week test prop, Npp and dbol cycle right now and I'll be starting the winstrol week 7 of the cycle and wanted to and the Clen and the end of it. I'm currently on Trt but doing a blast cycle now. My stat are 6'1 250 lbs bf% ? The question mark for the body fat leads to my question. How accurate is those handheld body fat calculators. The one at my gym has me at 18% which I don't agree with. I do HIIT twice a week and regular cardio at 30/45 mins. Im on a egg white and chicken diet due to buget. I don't want to start clen with a body fat that high. I dont trust the machine.
