Novermber 20th I had my right bicep tendon reattached after a full tear. Surgery went well and I am almost back to 100% strength but there is an asymmetry between arms and a partial gap. My orthopedist says this is because there was so much muscle fiber damage. I suppose a 765lb deadlift will do that...anyhow....since igf is the only substance I know of to actually grow new muscle tissue, do you think I should be putting it into the bicep after every workout? Will it make a difference if I put it there? Is the growth localized? Thanks brothers.....
