I am entering a cruise and was thinking about adding Ostarine to my cruise dose. Initially it seems like it will help me improve/maintain body comp as well as hold onto muscle mass.
I have heard Ostarine won't increase myostatin levels, which is important during a cruise, but cant find research to confirm. Can anybody confirm this (via article or otherwise)?
Anybody else do this before?
Any concerns?
