See that star button on the bottom left of everyone's posts? You click that to rep them. You can only rep a limited number of people each day.

You need a minimum of 10 posts to PM/
 
For some reason all there is on bottom left of everyones post is a triangle with a exclamation mark in the middle... How do you private message i have over ten post?

^^^ click on the members name and a few options will appear.
private message is one of them.
you can also compose a private message from your profile page.
