Hello I am new to this page and to this stuff. I am 41 years old and 6' about 215. I have lifted off and on for years just for fun never really getting huge. I have a new goal of benching 400#. My best right now is 345# so any help with things would be great. I have never geared up or really know anybody that has. Maybe one or two guys in highschool but did not hang out with them much. Anyway thanks for reading and your advice in advance.
