Looking forward to interacting. I just joined pro muscle as well, but doesnt seem all that active really

You GOTTA read the rules. You can get answers to questions via PM. Just get 10 posts and then PM guys that are familiar with AY. They have solid reps here, and many vets who swear by her.
 
thanks hightest, sounds good. new boards always have diff rules so I apologize for tripping up. I want this place to be one of my permanent homes. some of the "bodybuilding contest" oriented boards are sooo lame now
 
This is a very active board. So is IMF.
There's a wealth of information and knowledge right here at your fingertips.
Read the rules and sticky's, learn and if possible teach and have some fun.
Post in forums appropriate for your question or whatever you have to say.
