Basic first cycle.
12 week Test E @ 500mg/week
Inject 250mg Saturdays & Tuesdays
Clomid & Nolva for PCT
Aromasin on hand
Gear from AMA, everything went smooth.

I have some Halobolin (PH) and Epistane on hand,
considering using one as a jump start to cycle but unsure. Opinions?
Thinking maybe 40mg Epistane/day.

Stats:
5' 8" (short)
191 lbs very very first thing in the morning (after piss/dump if I have to)
After breakfast I float around 195 for the rest of the day.
13-14% bf (estimate, will get tested very soon to be accurate)

My main goal is strength gains, and some size.

Currently eating around 3000-3500 cals/day
300g+/carbs. Cutting back to around 250 though.
Aim for 280-320g protein

My diet mostly consists of fruit, veges, chicken, beef, pork, fish (no tilapia), eggs (whites & yolks both), Greek yogurts, almonds, peanuts, peanut butter, raisins, tuna, (sandwiches always on wheat bread), 1 % milk, cheese, salami, beans, granola bars, coffee on real early mornings, rice (brown). Very rarely eat fast food. I also eat out some, mostly Mexican and always order beef burritos. I love my occasional burgers as well. I'm not too cautious of what I eat, but these are the foods that I actually prefer and like. No alcohol. No soda unless eating out or on a road trip. Mostly milk, iced tea, or powerade zero as far as drinks. (Besides water of coarse). Minimum 2gal water/day. Only things I refuse to eat are pickles and avocados (yes, I know I should).

supplements:
syntha-6 protein (instead of my normal gold standard)
mp assault preworkout
mp hybrid
bcaas
creatine
animal packs
omega 3s
flaxseed oil mixed in protein sshakes
liv.52

Extend to 16 weeks and run the epistane at 60mg a day at the tail end

Like previous post said, main goal is strength gains. I do not know my current maxes but here is a list of a few different lifts-

bench press 225x12 (believe max is low 300s)
Incline dumbells 90x10
deadlifts 315x15+ (most I've tried was 405 & had no problem with it)
ez bar curls 125x6
-still learning to trust my knees again, I've had a few separate injuries in the past (none related to lifting) so squats I normally just do 4-5 sets of 225x10 or so
same with leg press, usually stick with only 10 plates (450lbs) and sets of 10
 
Also started injecting last Saturday, in my left bicep. This last Tuesday I injected into my right bicep. Used 25g 5/8" needle. Barely felt the injection, but will say I do get sore from it for a couple days. I bought 5/8", 1", & 1.5" needles and planned on doing injections on different areas of my body. However now dealing with sore arms, I am considering just sticking with glutes for now.

It sounds like you've done your homework man. Don't feel the need to explain lifts and all the side stuff like supps, lifts etc... people do like to know goals for that reason but I think you're g2g!

Thanks man! And I'm posting things like lifts/supps and all that just so people know exactly what's going on. I'm not only posting this log for future questions and advice, I'm also posting it for the new "injectors" like myself. This way they can see a log that's a first, and basic cycle. See what gains/transformations can be made, and also know exactly which nutrients, food, and supps that may have helped aid in getting the results.

As far as quads, do they get tender? The only thing that makes me weary of quad injections is that I'm on my feet all day, (construction), they already get worn out as it is..
 
My quads never get tender. 23ga 1". The only time they got tender was with a bad batch of gear. Pip was out of this world

Just got my body fat tested.. Was slightly higher than my guess. I'm currently sitting at 14.7% bf
 
You're going to blow up brother. My first run with test I gained an obscene amount of mass and strength. And it sounds like you have a better base to start with than I did which will only help you. Everything looks good from my perspective. I admire your courage for going straight to biceps though lol. I didn't touch them until my current cycle which is my 3rd and I couldn't even straighten out my arm ha. I would stick to glutes with just 2 pins a week personally but that's your call. Best of luck and happy growing.

edit: quads and delts are both pretty painless once you find your sweet spots. Any virgin muscle will have some pip in the beginning though. It shoudn't be anything that would hinder your work performance though. I work a physical job and even my worst injections were just more annoying than anything else at work.

Diesel618 I bought a few different length needles because I planned on moving sites each injection. Something like bi, bi, glute, glute, quad, quad, calve, calve, delt, delt, etc I'm sure you get it lol. I didn't plan on lats or pecs, and was debating on traps or not. (Mine are large and very meaty). After how sore I got from my left bicep I was going to go to glute, but felt like I needed to do right bicep first just to keep it even lol. Planning on glute tomorrow but knowing me I'll probably change and end up with a left delt injection. I think I got so sore from my first bi injection because immediately after injection I went to the gym and worked out bis.. Thought it'd be a good idea since I'd get blood flow into the muscle, but ended up getting very sore anyways. Who knows, I probably would've gotten tender like that anyways. It was nothing unbearable though. (Obviously since I did it again the next time)...

Pinned left delt yesterday. No pain at all. Slightly sore but nowhere near as sore as bis got. I'll try bis again in a couple weeks. A little after I started injecting, I wake up in the majority of mornings with one of my hands "asleep".. It's only in the mornings though and lasts about 5 minutes to go away. That never happened before, could that be from the test?
 
I kicked it off with superdrol I'm pretty sure and I think I used another oral like protomax or The One at the end. Been a few years. I had done a lot of PH/designer oral cycles previously, and two injectable cycles since, but nothing compares to that first run with test. I understand wanting to pin each muscle just to get used to it, I was the same way, but a lot of studies indicate that the best absorption happens in the glutes. That needle fixation will subside eventually and pinning will just become a chore. I'm doing every other day injections right now and I haven't had to use anything besides glutes, quads, and delts.
 
The injections are already a chore. It's not a big deal to me, but I don't LIKE shoving the needles into my skin. And SD must've been one big kick start! Never heard of protomax
 
I don't mind the pins at all.. "Chore" was the wrong word.. Pin day or no pin day, it's all the same to me. I think I'd look forward to pin day a lot though if I was already to the growing point of my cycle.. I probably wont want to stop!
 
Pinned right delt. Can tell it will be sore tomorrow. Bled too, I did aspirate however so I'm not concerned about it. Tried to figure out max bench. Right around 315lbs, also 295x2, so that'll be my starting point.
weighed myself first thing this morning, still weigh exactly 191 completely dry.
not expecting any gains for at least another week though, more realistically probably 2.

i think it has to be from the test. Only because it has never happened to me before the test. I really don't think it's anything to be concerned about though.
 
yeah it only happened to me a few times during the middle of my cycle , i just got done with PCT and havent had that 'problem' anymore ...

could be a number of diff things like water retention causing the muscle fibers to push against nerves , blood pressure, low calcium levels, dehydration is what I'm getting from researching this.

no big deal imho

Like you said, I just started so I'm not really feeling anything yet, but I'm not expecting to for another two weeks or so. Only things that have changed is like I posted earlier on, I will often wake up with my hands or arms "asleep", but that's nothing concerning to me. And idk how to explain it, but as of yesterday my skin feels warmer. Almost like I'm sitting in the sun or maybe have a mild sunburn. It's only been like that yesterday, and again today so I'm not even sure it's from the test. And again, nothing I'm worried about.

every single review I've seen from any AMA product was great, that's why I chose them. So I'm confident that within 2 weeks ill start noticing/feeling differences. Just too early on in my cycle now.

If you ever get curious just come back and check out this log. I'll update it every couple of days at the least.

How are you feeling 4 weeks in?
 
Nice log so far. I'll definitely keep checking back to see how everything is going. I'm going to run something soon for the first time in a long time so thanks for sharing the info. I'm way to sissy to pin the bicep.... Quad, glute, and delt are just too easy to mess with anything else for me. Maybe if I had to pin ED I could see the need to add some different sites.
