Going to start a testE/trenE cycle soon. The last time I did this stack, I jump started it with dbol for the first 4 weeks. It was awesome but i swelled up. I was thinking about adding anavar this time around instead of dbol to get nice lean gains. Any thoughts on a different jump start than dbols??

Just use exemestane 12.5mg ed or eod (Aromasin) and the dbol.
Unless you have Anavar on hand.

Start your Caber or Prami at week five when your done with the dbol.

Add some adex also consider front loading instead of orals to jump start a cycle.

Also a valid option.
I'd just double up the dose in 1st 2 shots.
