I have 2 10ml 250mg bottles of test cyp on the way. I would like to get some opinions on doses. I can only inject every 6 days due to my job (I work offshore on an oil rig 7 days on 7 days off).

I have never been really lean and that's my ultimate goal but I know that this isn't going to make it happen. I do want to add some LBM and mostly want to improve my muscle endurance and recovery for mountain bike ridding. I have been reading all over trying to see different opinions on dosages and I've seen people say as low as 100mg and as high as 400mg a week for my purpose. I know for strictly bodybuilding the dosages are way higher and that's not what I'm trying to do. I also want to keep the water retention down to a minimum which shouldn't be to bad at a low dose I hope. I know water consumption is important and is not a issue because I easily drink 2 gallons a day. I count calories/macros and know what my BMR is so I got the diet part nailed down.
