Now I know that the vast majority here is on a budget when it comes to our lifestyle and dieting..But, we have to admit that it gets a bit plain for the taste buds, especially if your in body recomp..The other day I had some "Bison" and fell in love with it, however my wallet begged the differ..
Now this isn't your typical 80/20 cut steak, nor is it as cheap..however, if you looking for a change for a night and a well deserved treat thats not in your norm like chicken, fish and beef, then I would suggest getting cut of this fine meat.. Its the leanest cut of meat there possibly is,besides Ostrich...
If you haven't had it, treat yourself just once, twice if you can afford it!
I had mine grilled the other day.. Holy Moses!
