I was given the opportunity to log this product for the next 4 weeks and I started it today at 2 caps a day.I hope to keep all my strength and hopefully gain some in the next 4 weeks while dropping body fat. I have legs later tonight, so I'll post my starting weight and training log later.

My elbow was killing me tonight. I could have done more reps for incline and fly's but the pain was too much. I think I've blasted my body with heavy weights and low reps too much these past few months and now it's time to do more reps and less weight to give it a break. My weight hasn't really moved either and I have been at 1900 calories with last night being my cheat meal. I haven't started cardio yet, but I need to do that soon.

My shoulders felt great tonight. I did military presses instead of db's to help with my joints and to switch things up. I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings before working out, so I'm guessing that is why my weight is up a bit.

didnt you just get done running dmz3.0 a week or so ago?
 
You even pct or check lipid panel after the dmz3.0?
 
I didn't have a chance to draw blood, i'm still waiting for my insurance to kick in. I do have pct on on hand and I be taking test soon, so I hope I wonn't shut down in between the dmz.

hey man, nice log. quick question though////did someone build that training routine for you? it seems pretty low intensity and low volume. Are you making progress from just 3 sets of 10 like that with 20 and 30 lb dumbells?
 
I been training like this for a few years . I go by feel and l do make gains using this routine. My routine kinda mimics Dorian Yates training style with one working set and it and shooting for 8-10 reps on the last set. I wish i could go higher on db's for shoulders, but my form would suck and I don't think I would feel anything by just swinging weight around.
