JW what is a good pain reliever to take at night time for soreness? While on a cycle, Ive heard that ibuprofen is not good, because it blocks muscle building receptors?

Prostaglandins are part of the muscle repair process and completely suppressing them could impair muscle growth. However, you are over thinking this, because not only is this less of a concern on cycle, it is also a very minor effect even off cycle. If you need to take some advil before bed, do it.
