Bench 310
Dl 415
and u have a point however I do squat low enough its always below 90 degree flexion. And in the process of working on my left shoulder I have a pain in it when I hold the weight. I don't know what it is, it causes me to no be able to hold the weight I need..
I should prob say 1rm on deadlifts is to be determine
